Terms and Conditions

We invite you to read these General Conditions of Sale (“GCS”) carefully before using our website, www.naor.paris (the “Site”), and/or before making a purchase.

Any order placed online constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you, as a non-professional consumer, and Naor, whose registered office is located at:

These conditions may be updated to reflect changes to our Site or current regulations. The T&Cs applicable to your order are those in effect at the time of its validation.

1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

To make a purchase on our website www.naor.paris, you have the option of:
Create a personal account via the “Create an account” section, or place an order as a guest, without opening an account. Creating a customer account has several advantages:

  • save your personal information to simplify your future purchases,
  • consult and update your data at any time,
  • easily log in before each order,
  • access your order history and invoices, as well as track the progress of your deliveries.


If you choose to order in guest mode, you will be able to track the status of your order via a confirmation email or directly via the “Track my order” page available on our Site, by entering your order number.
By validating an order on our Site, you declare that you are acting as a private consumer and purchasing our products for strictly personal use, in quantities corresponding to the normal needs of a household.

Any use of the Site for commercial purposes or by professional resellers is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to come from a professional customer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as for accessing your account from your devices. Consequently, any action taken through your account is deemed to have been taken by you. If you suspect fraudulent use of your account, we encourage you to immediately change your password and contact our Customer Service so that we can, if necessary, block or delete the account in question.


2. PLACING AN ORDER ON OUR SITE

You can purchase our products directly online at www.naor.paris.
The items offered and their prices are valid as long as they appear on the Site and while stocks last. During promotions or special operations, the validity period of the offer is specified on the Site and/or in our communications (for example, in the newsletter). Some products may be temporarily unavailable: this information will be indicated on the product sheet. You also have the option of providing your email address to be notified as soon as the desired item is available again thanks to our “Back in stock alert” service.
Steps to order:
Select your items and the desired size, then add them to your cart. You can view its contents at any time by clicking on "Cart" to see the details of the selected products.

  • Once you have finalized your choices, click on “Finalize my order”.
  • Log in to your customer account, create an account if you don't already have one, or continue as a guest.
  • Select the address and delivery method of your choice.
  • Choose your payment method (see payment article). You will need to accept these T&Cs before proceeding with the secure payment of your order.
  • Once payment is validated, your order is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email.


By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to purchase. If you are a minor, you must have the authorization of your legal representatives.
Cancellation by the customer
After validation, you have 15 minutes to cancel your order from your customer area, under “My account / My orders”, by clicking on “Cancel”.
If you ordered as a guest, you can cancel via the "Order Tracking" page by entering your order number. After this period, any cancellation must be made after receipt, following the returns procedure (see corresponding article).

4. TRACKING AND SHIPPING

As soon as your order is prepared, a shipping email with a tracking link will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation or shipping email, please contact our Customer Service.
Cancellation by Naor
In certain exceptional cases, we may have to cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
the ordered item is ultimately no longer available,

  • a technical problem occurs during payment,
  • there is an obvious error on the product sheet (e.g. essential characteristics or incorrect price),
  • suspicion of abusive or fraudulent use of the customer account,
  • failure to comply with these T&Cs.

4. THE PRICES OF OUR PRODUCTS

The prices of our products are indicated on the Site in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs (which will be specified to you when you choose your delivery method). They take into account Value Added Tax (VAT) and any discounts applicable under our commercial operations in effect on the day of your order.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the prices of the products are likely to vary between the Site and the stores, and that under no circumstances can this price difference form the basis for a request for a refund, either total or partial (apart from your right of withdrawal applicable under the conditions provided below).

Please note that sales eligible for a VAT refund must be made directly in-store. No VAT refund requests will be accepted for purchases made online.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for your purchases is made exclusively online, by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via PayPal. You can also opt for a 4-installment payment with PayPal, free of charge, for any order between €30 and €2,000 (the amount will then be debited in four monthly installments).
Once your payment has been validated by our secure service provider, your bank account or PayPal account is debited with the total amount of the order (except in the case of PayPal payment in installments, where the withdrawals are made according to the planned schedule).
All transactions are secure and comply with current regulations. They are fully encrypted and processed in a strictly secure environment by our payment provider.
We never have access to your banking data (card numbers, security codes, etc.), and these are never stored on our servers.
If you wish, you can save your bank details in your customer area to simplify your future purchases. To do this, simply check the "Save your payment details" option during checkout. In this case only, your card will be stored by our payment provider in encrypted form. You are free to delete a saved card at any time, either from the "My payment options" section of your account or by contacting our Customer Service by email.

6. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

6.1 Where and how can you be delivered?

Your orders can be delivered to you in mainland France (including Corsica) and according to the following delivery methods:

Standard home delivery: have it delivered free of charge directly to the address of your choice;
Express home delivery with signature required: if you want to receive your item as quickly as possible, choose express delivery for €6 and it will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days;
Delivery to a relay point with signature required: select the relay point closest to you, delivery is free.

You will be able to track the progress of your order as soon as you receive the email confirming the shipment of your order with tracking information.
If you are not there when your order is delivered, for home deliveries, you will be given a delivery notice to give you details of how to collect your order.

Regarding Archives orders:

  • you will be charged €6 for any order under €100;

it being specified that home and relay point delivery is free if it includes products from the current collection.


6.2 When will you be delivered?

When you place your order, you will be informed of the delivery time for your items. Please note that this may be longer during busy periods (e.g., during Archive Sales or sales periods).
Deliveries in France and EUROPE are made within 24 hours.


7. WHAT ARE OUR RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE TERMS?

The products you wish to return to us must be new (none of the item's labels must have been cut), unworn, unsoiled and returned in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging that provides equivalent protection.

Your return by post is carried out in two stages:

- You first have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, you must exercise your withdrawal by editing your prepaid return label. If you have a customer account, you must go to your “My Account” area, in the “My Orders” section. Select the order concerned and click on the “Return Label” button. If you ordered as a guest, you will have access to the return label via the “Order Tracking” page accessible from our Site by entering your order number. The generation of your return label constitutes notification of your withdrawal. Please note that we only provide you with one prepaid label.

Please note that you also have the option to notify us of your withdrawal by filling out our contact form (tab "Returns and refunds") or by using the withdrawal form accessible here. In this case, you must nevertheless imperatively edit your return label within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Once the return label has been issued, you then have a return period of 14 days from the date of issue of your return label to return your package to us by post. To do this:

→ Check the product(s) you wish to return on the delivery slip included in your package;

→ Include this delivery slip in your return package along with the product(s) to be returned;

→ Print the prepaid return label and stick it on your package after downloading it from your customer area (return by post costs €4.95 if you use our prepaid label – please note, however, that if you pay return costs to the Post Office, these will remain your responsibility);

→ Drop off your return package at the post office within a maximum of 14 days from the date you downloaded the return label.


When will you be reimbursed?

Once your return has been verified by our services, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We undertake to refund you the amount corresponding to the returned product(s), as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date of receipt of your return in our warehouses, or the provision of proof of shipment of your return.

Furthermore, if you decide to opt for a delivery method other than the one we offer, the costs associated with this delivery method will remain your responsibility.

Your refund will be made directly to the account linked to the bank card or PayPal account used to pay for the order. You will receive a refund confirmation email once it has been validated by our systems. You can track the progress of your return directly in your customer area, under "My Orders," or in the "Order Tracking" section if you placed your order as a guest.

Any return of a product that is not new (the item's label must not have been cut), and which is worn and/or soiled and/or damaged and/or whose label is missing will be returned to you and will not give rise to a refund.

8. WARRANTIES

All our products benefit from legal guarantees, which include: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. As a seller, we are obliged to:
To guarantee the conformity of products (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code). This guarantee applies if your product does not correspond to what is expected, for example if it does not work as it should or if its description differs from what is actually delivered.

  • To guarantee the absence of hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). This guarantee covers defects not visible at the time of purchase, which render the product unusable or considerably reduce its use.

These guarantees do not apply in the event of misuse or if the care instructions (on the label or given by our retouchers) have not been followed.
Legal guarantee of conformity
You have 2 years from delivery to assert your rights.

You can request either the repair or the replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions defined by law.

For 24 months after delivery, you do not need to prove the existence of the defect (12 months for used products).

This warranty operates independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

Guarantee of hidden defects

You can also claim the warranty against hidden defects. In this case, you can choose between:

  • Cancel the sale (resolution), or
  • Reduce the price paid for the product, in accordance with Articles 1641 and 1644 of the Civil Code.

9. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We treat your Personal Data with the utmost care and confidentiality.

10. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

We make every effort to present our products accurately on the site and to keep all information provided up to date.
However, we will not be liable if we fail to meet certain obligations due to force majeure, as defined by law. This means that we will not be liable for delays or failure to perform certain services if these are caused by events beyond our control, such as:

Strikes, closures or industrial action;

  • Civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats, wars (declared or undeclared);
  • Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, pandemics or other natural disasters;
  • Inability to use public or private transport (train, plane, boat, road, etc.);
  • Failures or interruptions of telecommunications networks;
  • Decisions, decrees or restrictions imposed by the authorities;
  • Accidents or malfunctions related to transport or delivery services.

During the duration of the force majeure event, the execution of these conditions will be suspended and delivery or performance deadlines will be automatically extended. We nevertheless undertake to do everything possible to resolve the situation or find a solution to meet our commitments despite these exceptional events.
