How to contact you?
Our team will respond to you Monday to Friday at contact@naor.paris or via the contact form available on our website.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can also track its progress from your customer area.

Products and sizes

How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our garments fit true to size, but if you're unsure, we recommend consulting our size guide or contacting us.
Are the items restocked?
Our collections are produced in limited quantities. Some items may be restocked depending on availability. You can activate email alerts directly on the product page.
Are your clothes made in France?
Our pieces are designed in France with the greatest care. We select partner workshops in Europe, chosen for their expertise and ethical production conditions.

Delivery and return

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Standard delivery in France takes an average of 2 to 4 days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Naor ships to many countries in Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times automatically adjust based on the destination.
How to return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging. To initiate a return, go to your customer area or contact us.

Orders and payments

How to order?
Simply select your item, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve selected your items, go to your cart to securely complete your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna for installment payments. Your payments are 100% secure on our online store and insured by our trusted partners.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service as soon as possible at contact@naor.paris to see what can be done.
