Return period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange.
Return conditions
Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original or equivalent packaging.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products.
Return procedure
- Submit a return request via your customer account or the NAOR contact form.
- Download the return label sent by email.
- Place the item in a suitable package and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- Keep proof of deposit until refund is confirmed.
Return costs
- Metropolitan France: free returns within 14 days.
- International: return costs to be borne by the customer, except in the event of an error by NAOR or a defective product.
Exchanges
An exchange (same size, color, or model) is possible within 14 days, subject to availability. Shipping costs for the new standard item are covered by NAOR.
Refunds
Refunds are made via the original payment method within 4 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
In the event of a defective product or preparation error, NAOR will cover all delivery and return costs.
Non-refundable items
- Personalized or tailor-made products.
- Products returned incomplete or damaged and not meeting the return conditions.
